CMS happened to me by chance but I grabbed the Opportunity with both hands. CMS is fun if you know the concept and the architecture. There are several top level EWCMS products in the market which are competing with themselves. The concept in each of these CMS remains near about the same, it’s only the architecture that changes most of the times. I like the challenge when you move the entire customer base or the content store from one CMS to the other CMS product(s). Again your logical ability comes into play when you design or plan such kind of migration. There is no right or wrong way but only what suits or works for you.
Big Data changed my views on how we look and work on data. Though we all overcame the storage issue but processing the data into something meaningful is still a challenge for most of the companies. I love the various challenges faced in this world. Challenges include capture, storage, analysis, data curation, search, sharing, transfer, visualization, querying, updating and information privacy. Love working on this whenever I get a chance. A lot to explore.

DevOps toolchain along with Agile/Scrum management is a perfect recipe for growth. When I say growth, it means individual growth. There is a very thin line between enforcement and to empower people to do the right thing. This creates an environment of respect for not only the work, process and policies but most importantly a much needed respect for an individual. DevOps is a journey with our customers/partners to improve in each and every aspect of software development process. And miles to go before I sleep...
Think BIG, Believe, Passion and a Desire to do the impossible.
To win Big, you need to distribute responsibilities. There is no other alternative and no shortcuts to success. Success is sweet only when you earn it. Isn’t it? Though everyone wants to have the best team but do you get the best team or you create the best team? You will have to bring the best out of your team. This is the only mantra to succeed for any given team. Resource Management and Strategic Leadership plays a vital role. Though Entrepreneurs think that they can do everything but they can’t. Let’s at least agree on this that we have 24 hours a day for everyone. Any questions? Now what? You will have to prioritize things and knock them down before the day ends. The market is so competitive that if you miss a single day, you lag by 10-15 days. Seeing the big picture, anticipating the next move in the market and knowing where the company is headed is a very stressful job. The 5 choices and 7 habits of highly effective person are some of the trainings I would recommend to all the budding entrepreneurs.
I am a founder member of Data Analytics and Research lab, Altruist Marketing, Trusted Reviews and Pure Invitation group but I HOLD NO PROFITABLE position in any of these startups. I am just a mentor and a guide. I have shareholdings in these startups. I am amazed by the energy level of these smart and dynamic folks.
Life is complete only when you have a family. I have a small and sweet family. Blessed with a kid, I fortunately have a wife too. Jokes apart, my family has always been with me in all my decisions and I give them all the credit for me being so successful in life. Success is complete only when we talk about our parents. I value and respect their hard work towards me, I am successful only because of the values which they instilled on me. No words are enough to show my respect and gratitude to them. I am blessed to have a such a fantastic family. Some of the key points describing me are:
• I am a master in Taekwondo. For me Taekwondo is a way of life, I have learnt lot of life lessons while doing taekwondo. There are six principles which you always need to follow not only during the classes but also in your day to day life. Be polite, Be Patient, Be Alert, Be Brave, Do your best and Respect yourself and others. My Taekwondo journey is not complete if I don't take Master Christy's name who is my mentor and my lovely kid who is also a black belt. Thanks to both of them for being part of my Taekwondo journey.
• Till recently I used to play for Dallas Cricket League. I stopped playing due to time constraint but this in no way mean that I don't enjoy the game. I would like to play this game at any given opportunity though I don't think that I would get a chance and time to play cricket league or tournament.
• A marathon runner: Can you believe this? Yes I try my best to participate at least in 5K whenever I get news that there is a 5K run around. So next time if there is 5K around then look for me and my family :).
• Ping Pong: Trust me, I will give value for your money if you bet money on me during a Ping Pong tournament.
• I am a health conscious person. I believe in taking care of health, eating smart and enjoying life. I like to go to all kinds of restaurants, Indian, Thai, Spanish, Italian, Mediterranean and you name it. I love exploring new foods.
• Avid learner. I love Mathematics and Statistics. I still need to work on Business Accounting and Business Laws though :). Logic, aptitude, character and ability are the parameters which ignites me. For me character comes before ability. Hypocrisy and lying are the two things which I don't like.
I am open to Business Opportunities in US and India. CMS, Big Data, Cloud Services are some of the domains I will be more interested in.
